Camping and eating well.

There is no excuse for not eating the right foods. It is about planning out what meals you will need, and ensuring that you cook and eat what you take.
It was so tempting today to walk to the shop for a pie, but I did not.

Breakfast: 1 FR eggs, and ONE rasher of FR bacon and a coffee. (I cannot tell you how long it has been that I have not eaten 3 rashers of bacon and 2 eggs, I love the stuff)

Lunch: Quasi - Plowman's lunch. Bread, cheese, FR ham, home grown tomatoes from garden and a few glasses of water.

Afternoon tea: 1/4 cup of Chick nuts, cappuccino, packet soup and a tin or herrings.

Dinner: Chicken and cashews, with coconut satay sauce, coconut rice, with carrot, beans and capsicum.
Dessert was fresh picked blackberries and homemade custard.

I finished off the day with a sherbet fountain.

We walked from Cockle Creek to Fisher point, and had a wander around Deep Hole after traveling on the Ida Bay railway.
