Feb 15th.... food intake, activity update.

Breakfast: banana on whole grain toast.

Lunch: Picnic bar and a coffee. (Man am I going to pay for this post)

Afternoon tea: Coffee, can Pepsi Max.

Dinner: Glass of milk, biscuits and cheese and homemade basil dip, cream cheese dip. Fresh baby carrots.

6km fast walk to Clarence High and back.
