Sunday super shake....

Hey peeps, did you all get a wonderful sleep in? I was up at the crack of 10:15am... The sun was already up waiting for me.

Not only that, but Tash had prepared the most tasty breakfast smoothie, here is the recipe for two people to share:

1 cup of frozen blueberries
1/2 cup of protein powder
3/4 cup of greek yoghurt
700 ml low fat milk
Good squirt of honey

Now, there is a lot of energy in that, so we hit the walking track and have completed a 5km walk and grabbed some vitamin D while we were out. Must take water next time... Hot and dry now...

For a super tasty lunch snack, how about a tuna, mayo and cheese toasted wrap! OMG the smokey tuna is just sublime. Not much in the way of carbs, but more energy that will need to be burned.

Now to clean up the house, and then hit the beach and do a spot of fishing.... fish for dinner would top off a brilliant day.

Because it is such a nice day, I am hoping that we can do a twilight walk and watch the sun duck behind Mt Wellington.....

UPDATE: It was just after 10PM tonight, the wife and I went for another walk around our suburb. What a beautiful night. It is never too late.....
